Therapy

I am passionate about supporting people as they navigate what challenges them and discover what nourishes them. I believe that safety and trust are crucial for our health and well-being and that when they are shaken or broken they require conscious restoration. Therapy can be a safe place to restore these conditions and discover your needs to thrive. Together we can explore what you are experiencing in a safe, non-judgmental space and discover what will support you. I am a person-centred therapist who can offer talk therapy as well as creative therapy. Creative therapy is an invitation to bring creative tools to the therapeutic space including words, colours, movements, photos, and any other medium that may aid expression and awareness.

I studied for an MSc in Psychotherapy and Counselling, Contemporary Creative Approaches at Edge Hill University (UK) and for a Bachelor in Psychology at the University of Malta (MT).  I have worked in therapeutic, artistic and educational capacities in the fields of disability, inclusion, homelessness, employment, rehabilitation, gender diversity, terminal illness, and bereavement. I currently see clients in person at TAASC and Move: The Sports & Exercise Medicine Centre as well as online.

I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you as you find your next step forward.
